Beautiful 19th century (1801) stone built house, in situ on the outskirts of the festival town of Tolmin (2.4km to Tolmin). You can walk to the beach area, along the banks of the Soca River, in 15 minutes (1.2km). The house is ideally located for outdoor summer and water activities, as well as for the festivals, such as Reggae, heavy metal, punk rock, and also ideally located 45 minutes drive to the ski resort of Cerkno, or Bovec-Kanin.

The hot tub is not available during July and August - it is a hot tub... and only available for bookings of 5 days or more.

Tourist tax are approx 1.5 euros per person is payable in addition to this price. Additional details will need to be collected for your registration with the police on arrival.

The drive is shared, so although you can park at the house (1 car), you need to be around to move your car when neighbour needs to go out. You can park for free in the pizzeria car park opposite.
The TV's work via the Internet only (there is not a TV signal to the house), and you will need to bring your Amazon Fire stick (or equivalent) to plug into watch TV, or bring a selection of DVD's as we also have a DVD player.

*In the winter when the kitchen oven/fire is lit, it has an open hot hob and surface, and toddlers must be kept away (perhaps not light it, as we have another oven also in the kitchen)

* Rubbish, you must takeaway all of your rubbish from the house, there is no general waste collection. All you bottles, glass, plastics, paper, cardboard and tin cans can be recycles in the various rubbish bins located around the village, and behind the house. Anything other rubbish, such as uncooked food / unused food must be taken to the recycling dump in the village (instructions in the contract that you will be sent). You can walk to it in around 15 minutes. If you leave rubbish in the house, we will have to pay to have it taken away, and this will need to be paid for by you.
