We try extremely hard at making everyone comfortable at our apartment and unfortunately it wasn't so during your stay. I'm sorry for that.
I, however, feel compelled to reply to some of your comments:
1. Heat - The A/c modules in place are able to both cool and heat the rooms, as I had told you earlier. We have regular guests coming in, as you can see through their reviews and none of them have complained about any heat issue. I got notified about this issue at night and since there are no shops open at that time, I only got to take care of this problem the next day (you were only staying for 2 nights). I purchased 4 new oil heaters, that mind you, costed double the tariff you were paying, still knowing that the current heaters work perfectly but you were not comfortable with them.
2. Cameras - Cameras have been placed in lounge and dining room to monitor the cleaning staff. Again, there is a notice right there by the television that states how to switch off the cameras. I also told you how to switch off the cameras on (Hidden by Airbnb) , which by the way, is just a simple push button (not rocket science).
3. I am sorry about the construction in the building complex - I had no idea about it. Next morning, I talked to the building manager and made sure that it didn't bother you the 2nd night. This one is on me.
4. Lastly, about the cleaning, the apartment was delivered to you in a spick & span condition. If you still didn't think it was clean enough, you should have mentioned it to me at the time of check-in and I would have sent the cleaning team again to clean it right in front of you.
I appreciate your feedback and your comments, however, I feel that we tried everything we could to satisfy your concerns. Although, now it seems that it still was not enough.
