Are you searching for a nice place with high standards, but also not expensive? Are you searching for a comfortable place with people happy to help you to organize your trip and to give you advices?
Then, you are in the right place! :-)
The apartment is on the third floor (with lift) in a quite district of Rome East area. Please note that it's NOT located in the city centre (the address is: Via Corvara, 4 00132 Roma) and there is NOT air conditioning system.
The apartment is big (125 mq), modern and new furnished and I've just put a television in the kitchen.
In the apartment there are 4 bright rooms, each one has a private bathroom with shower and all the facilities (mirror, towels, shampoo, hair dryer). Only two of the rooms have to share the same bathroom.
The rooms are comfortable, with wardrobe, night tables, curtains and private balcony from which you have the beautiful scenery of the Appenini mountains and the city of Tivoli that hangs down the mountain.
The wifi is in all the apartment.
The apartment is suitable for people who travel alone, couples, families with children, but also for groups of friends (each room is a double room), so I can host up to 8 people.
If you travel with your pets, they are welcome!
The place is perfect for those who travel by car because you won't have any problems to park your vehicle (like in the city centre) and for people who want to visit not only Rome city centre, but also the surroundings: Tivoli, Villa Adriana, Castelli Romani, such as Frascati and Castel Gandolfo (the Pope's summer residence) as the apartament is located at middle way between these interesting places.
There is a beautiful entrance and a very big and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs.
You can cook, keep your food in the fridge, prepare coffee and tea, like in your own home.
In the kitchen there is also a washing machine.
You will have the places as many as you are: if you are 4 you will have 2 bedrooms (with 2 double beds); other rooms will remain closed. Only if you are 7 or 8 you will have all the rooms. So please tell me, at least 2 days in advance (so I can organize), if you need to sleep separated.
Общение с гостями
If you need advices, information, requests or if you want to organize a tour somewhere, please just ask.
Don't hesitate to ask if you want me to call a taxi for you (there are also big taxis in case you are more than 4 people).
If you are a small group (up to 8 people) there is also the oportunity to rent a van with the driver to visit the sorrounding of Rome or even other Italian cities in a day trip.

To reach Rome city centre by public transportation there are two main ways:
1) Subway (line C): take the bus number 055 for 20 stops and get off at Finocchio subway station. Take the subway and get off at Piazza Lodi/San Giovanni (the metro takes more or less 20 minutes). Here you will find the connection with subway line A and several buses.
2) Local train: take the bus 055 for 17 stops and get off at Lunghezza Station. If you need a transfer from/to airports or other places, or if you want a driver at your disposal, don't hesitate to ask: I can provide this service for you (but the cost it's not included in Airbnb: you will pay the driver at the end of the service).
