This was the perfect listing for my friends and I during Howard's Homecoming. Convenient location, and the space has a great layout for 6 plus people. The deck was great, living room spacious and parking was probably the easiest I've experienced in DC. we got there Friday evening and didn't move the car once and had no issues. Huxley was also super responsive and gave us some wiggle room on check in and out. Would definitely recommend this space, and would stay here again. Great listing

The place was in a great location and was well worth the value. I didn't even realize it had a back deck until we got there, but that was an awesome surprise. Check in / out was easy to boot.

Loved the place. Clean, neat and plenty of sleeping areas. There are couple a restaurants nearby. Private parking in the back of the house. It's located a bit out of walking distance from the monuments but it wasn't a problem for us. The host was courteous, attentive and responded immediately to my questions.
