Cozy midtown home, walking distance from many fun spots! Don't feel up to sight seeing? Relax in our hot tub or enjoy some tasty local wine, beer or cuisine. We would love to host you for your Sacramento visit!
Quaint, cozy and plenty of natural lighting! The guestroom is a great place to relax, and also includes a desk for your work space needs. Our home is just off the central hub of midtown, in a more residential, quiet area with plenty of street parking. We have two sweet, but large, rescue dogs (see "other things to note" and pictures), so we prefer hosting people comfortable with dogs to make the experience more pleasant for you.
Kitchen, bathroom (shared), living room, TV/DVD player (only have Netflix, no cable, sorry!), laundry room, hot tub (let us know if we should have it pre-heated for you!), backyard..pretty much everything except our personal room, garage (unless garage parking is arranged previously).

We will have a binder of suggestions--from our favorite brunch spots to tips for getting around midtown. We will try our best to be available when you need us, but prefer a more "hands-off" hosting approach.

We have two dogs, both 75 lb rescue pit bull mixes. They are both very sweet and friendly, but if you do not consider yourself a "dog-person", this might not be the best fit for you. During the day, we try to keep them outside if weather permits and in the evenings or on the weekends they will be inside (but never allowed on the furniture).
- Smoking allowed outside
- Quiet hours after 11pm
My fiancé (Ryan) and I have called Sacramento home for 8+ years, (midtown specifically for 5+). We love the area and there is always something to do! We're both in graduate school at CSU Sacramento, my Master's will be in Regenerative Medicine and Research and Ryan is continuing his education as an Engineer. When we aren't studying, we're spending time with our two rescue pups, Roxie and Blu. We also enjoy culinary adventures through midtown and visiting the local wine regions (Amador, Clarksburg and Placerville to name a few). One of my favorite places in town is a few blocks from us, Revolution Wines. It's an urban winery with amazing wine, food and vibes!
We are passionate about Airbnb, and have traveled our way through Greece, Italy and Spain with it! We love that you can save money while being more immersed in the culture, all while feeling secure about your belongings during your travels (compared to a hostel).
