This is an older home that has been updated. However, it is not child proof. While we welcome children of all ages, we want you to be mindful of this fact.
Home is equipped with WiFi, and cable TV.
Please note that it's an older home and floors may creak a little. Home is located on prime residential area with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It is a busy street with many cars going by. Quiet in bedrooms but may hear traffic or passing by traffic if in living room or with windows open.
*Please remove all foods and drinks from refrigerator at check out.
*No unauthorized overnight guests.
*No party or unauthorized events. We reserve the right to terminate the reservation and you will be asked to leave immediately with no reimbursement.
*Certain events are permitted. Requests must be made in advance within message board of Airbnb.
*No Smoking in the unit/home. $500 fine.
*Smoking is permitted on deck or outdoor patio area.
*Number of guests must match reservation amount.
