Nestled amid hazel woods on a beautiful secluded 2 acre site. Views of Drumharsna castle to front. Private driveway lined with hazel trees, Burren rock. Natural, traditional look reflected in layout, built to resemble a country cottage.
Reception area, sitting room, open fireplace , bathroom, 2 Ground Floor bedrooms, hotpress WM & Dryer, open kitchen/dining/living room with wood stove, upstairs bedroom c/w ensuite, walk-in-wardrobe.
The house is a lovely relaxing experience a great family house with fantastic gardens.
A gem of a snug for a get away time all year round.
So relaxing and uniquely private.
The house has oil central heating as well as an open fire in the sitting room and wood/solid fuel stove in kitchen.
Once heating on the house is like toast.
Open Fire is lovely to have on in the evening which makes the sitting room so snug.
likewise the stove is easy to use and lovely to sit in front of.
There should normally be wood / brickets or coal in the buckets but can easily be bought at Quinns Garage Labane ( 5 mins drive) or if your in Kinvara grab some from Londis shop.
The wifi code is stuck on the fridge door and works great all over house.
Laptops and phones work fine off the wifi.
There is washing machine and dryer in the laundry room which you are free to use.
