Dear Andrea, first of all thank you for the compliment! I have indeed put a lot of effort in decorating my house. But not as much as in keeping it clean, tidy and microbe-free.
I am utterly shocked about the way you handled the situation. You had multiple opportunities to share your dissatisfaction with me and instead you chose to make a big deal out of it behind my back with the Airbnb CS. And only after I gave you a 5 star review. This is what I call a blame for AirBnB.
The house is as clean as my other 25 reviews say it is.
If I still had a chance I would never recommend you as an Airbnb guest after this sneaky behavior. Which lead to AirBnB demanding a reimbursement based on unrealistic complaints.
I am sorry for you experience but I can assure you, you are exaggerating. Sticky....maybe yes, it was 38 degrees Celsius after all, so everything gets a bit sticky. Even you, I can imagine ;)
