The spacious 4-room apartment (57 sq m) comprises bedroom, lounge, bathroom and utility room. There is a second toilet just outside the apartment. Enjoy free wifi internet access and TV. Power point adapter available for overseas visitors. The house is nearly 100 years old and listed by the National Trust. It is set in a large landscaped block with a private garden off the apartment. We provide supplies to get you started - cereal, muesli, eggs, milk, bread, juice, tea/coffee, biscuits, fruit, butter and jam.
Linen changed weekly for longer stays.
The suite has private entrances to both the bedroom and lounge from a private garden which is for the exclusive use of guests. You can come and go as you please.
Please note that the apartment is not really suitable for anyone with significant mobility challenges as there are quite a few steps down through the garden.
Normal check in/out is at 2pm/11am but we have found that guests arriving by overnight flights would like access early morning. We therefore block the day before and after each booking and can offer early check-in (after 7am) and late check-out (up to 7 pm) for an additional fee of only $40. If you would like an early/late check-in/out please indicate so in your reservation inquiry.

Maximum two guests. The apartment is really not suitable for children or for those with mobility challenges.
Please note that the apartment does not have a full kitchen (no stove). Cafes/restaurants are walking distance and Menulog lists many restaurants that home deliver.
The apartment is connected to the central air-conditioning but it cannot be controlled from the apartment. There is a new AC in the bedroom and thermostatically controlled electric heaters in the lounge.
Please observe strictly no smoking in the apartment. You can step out into the garden for a cigarette.
Regrettably no pets as some people have allergies.
