Об этом жилье
A detached house with lots of character!
In the center of Athens, walking distance to Acropolis and beautiful "Filopappou" hill (5-10 minutes), also Metro station in 5 minutes walk. Lots of choices of food-cafe nearby (e.g. the famous "Braziliana" bar) but at the same time in the quietest neighbourhood of the centre of Athens, so close to everything!
It is a real house where I regularly live in, not a business guest house ;-)
The house is fully equipped, having internet, wi-fi, big fridge, hot water, oven, clothes washer, a big double bed, a sofa-bed and a couch that additional guests can sleep. It is in traditional greek style of '70-'80s with lots of character, almost like a village house, in the quietest and safest neighbourhood of the centre of Athens, so close to everything by foot.
Access to all home areas.
Общение с гостями
No interaction with guests. Only upon their request if my guests want any kind of help I will be available and, if I am on a travel for work, then a good and trusted friend will be available and me through phone or e-communication 24/7.
(During summer time months the coordination of the house is difficult, this is why I currently require 15 days of minimum staying).
Другие важные подробности
Just show respect to the house and the neighbourhood. Do not make loud noise especially in the quiet hours (15:00-17:00 and after 0:00), we are living in a quiet neighbourhood with small houses around..
-> Due to some restrictive laws happening in Greece right now, I have to be more careful and approve persons that have at least 2-3 good comments from their previous rents and not recently created accounts (like 2-3 months) with zero comments.
I know this might sound strange but it is not an oddity of mine but some protection measures that I have to take. I am sorry about that.
