Located near downtown Loveland, this cute house is within walking distance of many amenities including a grocery store, gym, hardware store, donut shop, restaurants.... There's a hot tub!
A couple chinchillas also live in a glass enclosure habitat (with air pumped to the outside) in the house.
The space is close to downtown, and very close to many businesses and services.
Both bathrooms are 3/4 (shower only; no tub).
There is a hot tub in the back of the house. It holds four comfortably.
You have access to the entire house.

I will usually not be in town while you are there. I am still available to help but not in person.

I live here every other week with my kids, and rent it on AirBnB when we're not home. We move most of our personal stuff out of the way when we leave for the week, but not all of it. Our food, which you can eat, is in the refrigerator and in kitchen. Our clothes are in the closets and dressers, but there are empty drawers and hangers for you. Because of this, it will feel more like staying at a friend's house while they're gone, than staying at a hotel.
We have two pet chinchillas, who are always there in their glass enclosure in the den. In an attempt to make this house as AirBnB-friendly as possible, I've made a pretty high-tech enclosure for them: dual air pumps move air from their enclosure to the outside so the airflow keeps the pet odors mostly out of the house. Still, a couple guests have said they can smell chinchilla in the den. If you're sensitive to fur (allergic) or to odors, this may not be the house for you. If you love super-soft furry little creatures, this may be JUST the house for you.
Drive slowly down Lake Drive; there is a drainage dip running through the middle of the road at one place which will grind against the front of your car if you're going more than about 20 MPH.
The house has four queen beds, so it can sleep eight pretty comfortably. The den is smallish, though, and you'd have to pack pretty hard to get eight in there; it seats six comfortably. The dining room seats six at the table and three at the bar.
This is not Loveland Mountain! It's the town of Loveland. Skiing is far from here; Loveland Ski Resort is a couple hours drive away, as are other ski locations.
There is a train that goes by a couple times a night. It can be loud. Some guests have said it woke them up.
Trash and recycling pickup is early Tuesday morning, and I would appreciate it if you would put out the bins if you're there Monday night, and bring them in once they are picked up if you are there Tuesday morning. The bins are in the garage.
Please check out promptly by 11am, unless you have contacted me to arrange a late check-out. The cleaning people often come at 11am sharp, and it is difficult for them to clean if you are still in the house.
If you move any furniture during your stay, please restore it all to its original location before you leave.
