Sharing many of the design features of the TimberCrest Country Estates, this condo has an open floor plan with natural stone features, a propane fireplace and central heat will keep you toasty warm on chilly days while you sink into one of several comfortable couches. Grab a book and settle into the over-sized chair and ottoman tucked away in the cozy reading nook. During summer months you can enjoy your stay in air conditioned comfort.
Seamlessly serve a meal from the kitchen to dining area. Free form, granite counter tops and upscale, stainless appliances including a five burner gas range with a “pot fill” faucet and two ovens is recessed into a stone hearth. There is also a large work island for preparing those extra special culinary creations.
Step through the French style doors onto your private balcony where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Payette Lake in its sapphire splendor surrounded by peaks of the Payette National Forest. Who needs a webcam when you can look out the window and across the lake to Brundage Mountain where the ski lifts are less than 13 miles from your front door. Winter Carnival guests can enjoy the Mardi Gras parade from their own private perch or step outside to become part of the festivities.
This rustically elegant home accommodates up to 8 people in three bedrooms and 2 baths. The private Owner Suite has a King sized bed with attached bath, his/hers sinks, large shower and jetted, soaking tub. There are two additional guest rooms. One with a queen bed and the other with an adult twin over full bunk set with twin trundle. There is hallway access to the guest bath.
For your convenience, a stack washer and dryer are located off of the foyer.
Guests please note that this luxury, lake view space is located on the third floor. There is no elevator access in this building. Interior stairwell access is nicely crafted, well lit and secure.
There is an adjacent, no fee, two level public parking garage. The upper level is open and the lower level is covered. There is also street level, public parking. A boat and trailer parking lot is located across from the Mile High Marina.
This home has a two night minimum stay.

Your worry free, DoneRight Management Vacation Rental is equipped with linens, bath towels and essentials that include guest soaps, shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer as well as Kitchen essentials and towels. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills, and enough wood for fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, you can purchase wood at several local stores. Items available upon request include baby gates, booster seats and porta cribs
