It has a private entrance from the side of the house and a lockable door to the basement that connects to the rest of the house. This cozy place is comfortably furnished with contemporary style. The fridge is stocked with fresh eggs from our chickens and, if the timing is right, likely some treats from the garden.

Breese and Drew met in Rio de Janeiro. Drew grew up on an organic farm in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley (30 mn East of Seattle) and Breese grew up in Africa and DC while her father was a diplomat. We both come from families that have always welcomed travelers into their homes. We too have adopted this enjoyment of hospitality and the opportunity to meet new people and hear their stories. We love to explore new places, cuisines, languages, art, music, and cultures. After many years of hosting and travelling, we also know how to be respectful guests. Our hobbies, besides travelling, include surfing, horseback riding, trail-running, mountain-biking, and trying to bake bread.
