Very nice apartment to base yourself and see all of NYC. The place is modern and well furnished, aircon was very efficient, bathrooms and kitchen are good. Having a TV with Netflix in each bedroom was a nice luxury. The only real negative, which wasn't a big problem, was that the main room's large windows had no curtains, which made it feel a little like people could always see into the place, especially at night when there were constantly people gathering and hanging around on the street. Didn't cause any issues, just felt a little weird.
Location: Harlem is a bit out of the way for most of the "touristy" things in the city which for the most part are next to or south of Central Park, but this place is very well positioned to get around on the subway. It sits in between two stations, (125th Lexington and 125th Lennox) which run on different lines, and can pretty much get you anywhere around Manhattan easily and/or connect you to other trains to Brooklyn. Short walk to either station. Particularly 125th Lexington, which always has express trains stopping there, makes it much quicker and easier to get downtown.
If you don't feel like travelling there also plenty of nice places to eat a few blocks away.
Fisayo was efficient and clear with communication, a very helpful and nice guy. Would recommend this place for groups of 3-4.
