Open and clean townhouse with a comfy full bed, study and backyard. I'm just minutes from the vibrant southend, the highway, Oakledge Park and downtown Burlington. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers who want a very convenient location.
Bedroom includes small TV with a Roku with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and HBO all setup. And a HDMI cable connected for easy computer connection. It also features black-out curtains for a great night's sleep. Living room includes 55" TV with Roku with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and DVD player. Includes one car garage and driveway - no searching for a parking spot:) There is also a study if you need an area to work, access to a printer, or just a quiet spot.
I rent my full townhouse when I'm traveling so you have the run of the place. I lock my bedroom. The rest of the place - living room, dining area, kitchen, bathrooms and the study are all yours. Since I live here full time I move some items to minimize the space but I don't completely remove all personal items. They'll still be room for anything you need but the place is lived in (i.e. coats in the coat closet, toiletries in the bathroom closet, etc.). The guest room is 100% open and free of any of my day-to-day items.

I'm available to answer questions when they come up but won't be in town since I rent out the full townhouse only while I'm traveling. I can offer any tidbits on the area, places to eat, spots on the town to hit, and especially any outdoor adventures.
- Smoking only outside
- Minimize walking on wood floors with shoes on
I’m a 30 something living in the metropolis of Burlington, Vermont. Grew up on edge of the Adirondack’s and set packing for six years to the beauty of Montana after high school and then to care-free NYC for a couple of years before setting down some roots in Vermont.
After nearly a decade in politics, organizing and non-profit work, you'll now find me deep into online marketing working for an independent (employee owned) publisher.
What do I like to do in my free time. Oh so many things, so little time: horseback riding, discgolf, hiking, kayaking, running (or for runners I’m a jogger), all things water related (Lake Champlain is amazing), and generally anything involving a tasty cocktail, live music and of course a good lively debate.
