I feel I must respond to this simply mean review! I found your complete lack of communication is what has created your poor experience. The amenities were fully available for use! As you refused to confirm my asking for you to confine your tick ridden dog to your bedroom for safety and to give my confined dog reliable safety, we probably could have moved on to how to use the pool Which was fully available and hot tub ready to go!..
if you have given me a chance to welcome you better. I made every effort to communicate with you and was ignored which can occur with traveling guests data gaps, but this just goes to show how it takes everybody involved to make a great stay! Hope you have better stays in the future which will occur if you can communicate with your hosts.
I am sorry you do not see the value in a rural community close to the big city, many guest really enjoy the beautiful gardens and environs!
I am surprised to hear how uncomfortable your sleep and the bed was, it must have been your upset state, as all the other guests rave about their comfort!
I am suprised you have complaint of my showing up late, hosts are not necessarily clerks that are on site and are easily coordinated if away. As you stated you went to sleep before I did arrive home of course I would not disturb you!. In the future, if you have difficulty with any of these things, it would benefit you to try to solve them while on site -- ie I could have asked guests to quiet, we could have changed rooms or we could have simply met. Lots of solutions are at hand if the questions are shared
