thank you very much for your private feedback, although I was unable to read the public part, since it is in dutch, language with which I am not at all familiar.
I am very sorry something went wrong with your stay, and I telling you right away that you and your friends can enjoy a free weekend in our apartment, whenever you want, as a refund. You have my cell phone number. Just some quick answers:
1) As for the delay at pick up this should not happen, equally for the laundry you have found scattered around (it was still wet from tha washing when we had to leave). A cleaning lady was supposed to come and deal with this + the removal of the garbage, we should have double checked, completely our fault
2) I cleaned the kitchen myself, maybe that day I was out of my own mind, since I am renowned as being particularly accurate in that compartment. Or blind, I did not notice all that fat. Anyway, thanks for the cleaning, I am sorry you did not point out that problem at your arrival, I would have sent someone right away
3) Wi-fi is perfectly working, my husband Giovanni set it on last Saturday, as for the shower in the small bathroom, we just use it normally with a hand
4) We will fix the problem with the underlining. That is where I normally sleep, but maybe I have much lower standards than yours!
In conclusion, I really appreciated your comments, it is always stimulating to receive hints for improvement. Only please notice, we are not professional renters, we share our apartment just as we use it, for part of the year, in the original airbnb spirit, to cover for some expenses; we never thought of equipping it for people with special needs, or better, we could if we would have been asked! My 89 years mother-in-law spends usually a couple weeks holiday in our apartment...
