This is a guest house in Sunset Park, Santa Monica. The house is located in the back corner of our property, with a private entrance. It has smart locks, and updated modern furniture.
Our place is close to Santa Monica Metro Station, City Bike Share, grocery stores and more.
You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, the outdoors space, and the ambiance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
This is a recently remodeled 1 bedroom studio. It is behind the garage in the back corner of our lot. The yard is shared.
Bedroom: The master bedroom has a queen bed. PLEASE NOTE: the bathroom is in this room and not in the main room
Bathroom: Located in the bedroom, it has a shower, and bathtub
Living room: The couch pulls out into a queen bed. There is an inflatable queen air mattress as well. There is a TV, a writers desk, and ethernet connection.
Kitchenette: The kitchenette is furnished with a fridge/freezer, convention toaster oven, coffee maker, hot water kettle, cutlery and plates.
Other: AC/Heat, Wifi, street parking pass for 1 vehicle
This is an entire guest house. It is ~500sq ft with entry and exit through a shared gated driveway.
You will park on the street and enter the gate, walk down the driveway, and go to the right of the garage. The unit is behind the garage and is on smart locks. There are motion lights if you arrive at night.

We do live in the front house and the backyard and entryway to the backyard is shared. We also use the garage but are respectful of our sleeping guests.

We are close to mass transport via the train or city bikes. If you rent a car we will provide a free street daily parking pass.

We expect our guest to be noise conscious from 9pm until 9am. This house is in the back of our property and it is in a private residential area.
No smoking, or drugs permitted on the property
No extra guests that aren't disclosed at time of booking
Please conserve water and electricity, turn of lights when leaving the property. We also ask you turn of the AC/heater when leaving as the space cools and heats quite quickly.
Please don't dispose of any items down any sinks or toilets. We provide a large trash bin in the bathroom and the kitchen.
We provide street parking for one vehicle. Please be mindful on Tuesday's and Fridays of street cleaning.
Please try and keep the eating in the kitchen area, we don't want to create a pest issue for future guests
Our dog does come out to the yard under supervision on occasion, if you are not comfortable around dogs we ask you consider another location
