Why stay in a boring old hotel when you can stay in a piece of San Francisco history? Our Eastlake style Victorian home was built in 1889, but with top to bottom renovations throughout, it has all of the amenities and conveniences of a modern home.
OUR GUEST SUITE
We have traveled all over the world and had the privilege of staying in some of the best hotels around. We wanted to bring that sense of luxury to our guest suite.
The entrance to our sunny Victorian house is right off the street, with only 7 stairs to get to our apartment, which is one level. There are three rooms that come as part of this suite.
First is the library/sitting room, which has incredible natural light throughout the day. This room can accommodate 2 people sleeping on an inflatable queen size bed that attaches to the sofa. And of course, this room comes with all the books you can read during your stay, as well as tons of periodicals. We're happy to share the daily San Francisco Chronicle with you, as well as the latest issues of National Geographic, Architectural Digest, Sports Illustrated and everybody's favorite guilty pleasure, Us Weekly :)
Adjoining the library is a luxurious bathroom with marble-tiled shower, top-of-the-line fixtures, and heated carrera marble tile floors.
On the other side of the bathroom is a door that leads to the tranquil guest bedroom, which includes a comfortable queen-size bed, a small sitting area with two comfy leather chairs, a dresser and large closet (yes, it has empty drawers and hangers).
In the bedroom, we also provide a 50-inch flat-screen TV with cable TV and most premium movie and sports channels, as well as free WiFi and lots of outlets for you to plug in your portable electronics.
You'll have access to a shared hallway, the dining room, and the Laundry Room from 10-2, which is located just off the kitchen.
We request that you take any meals in the dining room.
Общение с гостями
We love having people stay with us, and we're happy to share our knowledge of the area, as well as provide recommendations for what to do, where to eat/shop and how to get there. We'll interact with you as much or as little as you would like -- please let us know!
And of course if you'd prefer that you never see us, we won't be offended ;- )
Другие важные подробности
We have two Shiba Inus -- they look like a cross between a fox and a small Husky. They love people and rarely bark -- the perfect dog. However, if you are allergic to dogs or just don't like them, our house is probably not for you. San Francisco Short-Term Residential Rental Registration Number: STR-0000343

Have a great time in SF!
I'm an actor in SF, and I do a lot of VO work, along w/ on camera and print work as well. My wife works as a communications consultant and is an exceptionally thoughtful and selfless person (and humble, too :) We've been together for 14 years, and have 2 dogs named Tag and Trixie. As Shiba Inus, they look like a cross between a fox and a small Husky. We like to travel and we both used to live in Manhattan, which we miss from time to time, but then we just recall the weather and the seasons and then we're glad we live in SF now! :-)
