We have lived in Vermont our whole lives and in this area since 1992 so we are well versed in where to go and what opportunities there are for exploring, eating and seeing several aspects of Vermont. We will be glad to provide tips and suggestions and interact with guests as much as you like to offer any support with directions etc.

Our home and business are located behind and next to the RV. The business is an auto body shop so there can be some daytime noise but the operations are on the opposite side from the yard where the RV is located.
Waterbury village offers several wifi hotspots and spaces where you can work if your time in Vermont requires that as well. We do have DISH for your television watching - 3 TVs included with the RV rental.
- Quiet Hours after 10 PM weekdays, 11 PM Friday & Saturday
- $100.00 Damage Deposit Required
I am a 58 year old female residing on the same property as where the RV is located. I have lived on this or an abutting property with my husband since 1992. We have 2 sons still living here as well. One with us and the other on an additional abutting property. We have our own business next to our home as well. We've been operating Majestic Auto for nearly 30 years now. We are native Vermonters and have the trust of our surrounding community because we go the extra mile in our business and offer honest service for a fair price. This is how you will find us as your hosts as well. The RV is in excellent condition as we used it for several years, but on a very limited basis. It was our way to get away from the business and have an occasional break but over the 7 years we used it after buying it new it was never used for more then a total of four to 6 weeks in any one season. We are new to hosting, but decided that instead of selling our RV when we were no longer using we would hook it up at our home property and have it available for friends and family and after becoming familiar with Airbnb we decided we would expand to being hosts. We enjoy meeting people and like being helpful so you will find we will be responsive to your needs, but are also respectful of your privacy. I enjoy gardening and have just started container gardening as an alternative to beds. Definitely a new learning curve there. I also love to read. Favorite series right now are the Outlander series but I also enjoy history books, particularly with regard to politics. My husband enjoys golfing and my son and he together enjoy paintball. We have a course that we set up close to the Winooski River border of our land and have competitive, friendly games with some community members every other Sunday in good weather. One son is working to build a small documentary film making business focusing on human interest documentaries and concert films and the other is dabbling in wood products with a focus on hard body electric guitar building to try and develop a sustainable business. We are supporting them in finding ways to provide for themselves that are also enjoyable for them. We don't travel a great deal, but love to go to concerts or shows and we've experienced many of the local restaurants so we can make personal recommendations. I have been lucky enough to go to Ireland once and will be headed there again in 2017. What a beautiful country and the hospitality of the Irish is a wonderful experience. They definitely know how to host and intend that you will find we do as well. We know a great deal about our community and Vermont and can guide you toward your interests no matter what they might be. As in our business, we will go the extra mile to be sure your experience at our B&B is one you will be happy with.
