But I need small factual correction on your statement. my condo is not under hotel as it is owned by me and rent it to airbnb guest if I am not using it. it is nothing to do with hotel even though you pick up the key from the hotel desk for your convenience . If you book the room from hotel or internet website, you have to pay higher price for lower floor and smaller room and from the hotel booking there is mostly no availabilty for Family Suite room on high floor with Ocean view like mine which has always high demand from guests. Sensible guest will surely understand these facts easily. Cheers!
