"Sea Eagle Cottage" is a 2 bed roomed cottage with amazing water views. You are literally about 15m from the beach with direct access. There's a large deck to relax and unwind on or crank up the BBQ!
In the open plan living area there is an air conditioner and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, crockery and cutlery.
The cottage has a modern bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Each bedroom has a TV.
The cottage is one of 4 nicely spaced apart and is ideal for family groups / friends wanting a nice getaway.
There is a communal laundry facility with a washing machine, small dryer, laundry tub, iron and ironing board.
Off-street parking for 1 car is provided.
You literally walk down the path and onto the beach.
You have your own cottage and balcony.
There are 3 other cottages on the property to rent as well if you wanted to book a group or family getaway. They cottages are not attached but nicely spaced apart.

- HOUSE RULES “At the Beach” – Sea Eagle Cottage 11 Soldiers Point Road, Soldiers Point, NSW, 2317 1. General requirements a) Guests and visitors must comply with all House Rules, By-Laws and instructions from the Manager and Owner. 2. Noise and Residential amenity a) Guest and Visitors must not create noise with is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm and 8am and during arrival and departure any time throughout the occupancy. b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges and expenses which may be deducted from the Security Deposit or Bond under the Terms and Conditions. c) Guest and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community. 3. Visitors a) The number of guests per cottage is limited to 4 only. b) Visitors are not to sleep on the property. c) Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with and does not exceed the maximum allowed. d) Visitors are not to park on the property and if they enter the property they do so at their own risk. 4. Gatherings or functions a) The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited. b) Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a cottage on the Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements. 5. Parking a) There is one parking space per cottage only. Extra vehicles must park on the main road. b) Please park considerately to allow other people to park easily. c) Visitors are not to park on the property. d) Parking is at own risk and Management is not responsible for theft or damage to motor vehicles parked on the property. e) Please show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles. f) Boat / trailer parking by prior arrangement only. 6. Rubbish a) Guests are to remove all rubbish from the cottage and the property and place it in the Council bins provided. b) The bins are to the side of the shed. c) Note that the red bin is for general garbage and the yellow bin for recycle items only. 7. Security a) Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. 8. Smoking a) Smoking in NOT permitted indoors. 9. Pets a) No animals or pets are allowed on the property, without prior consent. 10. BBQ a) When you check out, please ensure that the gas bottle has been turned off and that is cleaned for the next person’s usage. 11. Damages and breakages a) Damages and breakages must be reported to the Manager on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or e-mailed to (EMAIL HIDDEN) 12. Linen a) The towels provided are not to be used on the beach and no linen is to be taken off the premises under any circumstances. 13. On check departure a) Check out is strictly 10.00 am. b) Please ensure that all dishes are washed, dried and packed away. c) All food is removed from the fridge. d) All furniture is put back in the place you found it on arrival. e) Please remove the sheets and pillow cases from the beds but keep the protectors & duvet covers on. f) Towels and used linen to be placed in the wash basket provided. g) Remove all rubbish from the cottage and place it in the appropriate bins by the side of the shed. h) All windows and doors are to be closed and locked accordingly. i) Place the key in the key safe provided. j) Test it to make sure it is securely locked. k) Close the shutter door to prevent rain from getting in. 14. Maximum occupancy a) This cottage has a maximum occupancy of 4 people only. 15. Fish Cleaning a) No fish may be cleaned on the premises. 16. I live with my family on an acreage. I migrated to Australia, from South Africa in 2007. I am now "proudly Australian" although my heart beats to an African drum.
I am married with two boys, aged 13 and 11. We love living in Port Stephens and came on holiday many times to this area, when we lived in South Africa.
The cottages we rent out are over 100 years old and we have lovingly been restoring them. It hasn't been without many challenges but we have poured many hours and weekends into them. We hope you enjoy staying there as much as we do! The view is incredible and always changes....
