My wife, Katie, and I live in the building and are available if you need anything. I have lived in Philly for the past 8 years and we know the neighborhood well if you'd like any recommendations or tips!
My wife Katie and I have been living in Philadelphia for the past 5 years now and just recently bought our first home here in 2016! We live on the first floor of the building with our Siberian Husky, Franklin, who gets us outside and exploring the neighborhood often.
I not only live in the neighborhood, but I also work here. I am the Co-Founder of United By Blue, an outdoor brand with a focus on waterway conservation. Our headquarters and Flagship store/cafe are located on 2nd Street, just steps from our house.
Katie also works in the city and is passionate about the children that make up Philadelphia's future - she is a elementary special education teacher in the Philadelphia School District, where she works with kids from Kindergarten through 3rd grade.
We love spending time walking through Philly's diverse neighborhoods, eating at some of the best restaurants in the area, and sharing a drink at one of the local bars.
