Da Mansion is a beautiful renovated apartment in the Töölö district with 3 rooms on AirBnB.
A great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and bigger groups needing multiple rooms.
Room 1 is a big room located on the left side in the Hallway and has a comfortable Queen size bed.
Room 2 is a big room accessed through the sliding doors in the living rooms and has 2 single beds that can also be put together.
Room 3 is small room accessed through the door in the kitchen and has a double bed.
All rooms have a desk to work from and wardrobe with hangers.
For bigger groups we can additionally arrange an airbed in the living room if needed.
The place is cool in the summer and the central heating combined with the triple glass windows will keep you nice and warm in the Winter. Generally the inside temperature is between 20 & 24 degrees. And if you feel like sweating a bit we have a Sauna right in the apartment for you to enjoy!
Basic breakfast is included.
Breakfast will be on the Kitchen counter.
When you enter the kitchen from the hallway on the right side at head hight there’s a white cabinet with breakfast coffee, tea, etc. Milk, butter, etc. is in the fridge on the bottom shelf. Other stuff is not to be used as it is from other people living there or staying there.
There’s a coffee machine, toaster, blender and whatever else you might need to prepare your breakfast. And if you need something else there’s a supermarket in the building!
Pretty much everything you need at walking distance, super markets, good restaurants & bars, must see places, public transport connections and shopping malls.
There’s WIFI connection and everything else you need for a enjoyable stay. If you feel there’s something missing you can let us know and we will try to arrange it.

Nice spacious living room & Kitchen. You are free to use the kitchen to make breakfast and prepare meals.
There’s a main bathroom with toilet, shower and sauna.
There’s an additional separate toilet.

We live in one of the rooms in the apartment when in town and we can be contacted for any questions through airbnb or phone. If we are in town we will be there to check and settle you in, give you suggestions, etc. When you leave you can just leave the key on the stand in the hallway.
If we are not there you can pick up the key at a close-by location.

Though the arrival time after 3pm is flexible you will need to confirm your arrival time beforehand to ensure that someone will be there to do the check-in.

- No shoes (like in all Finnish homes)
While staying at our place we would like you to enjoy the space as much as you can when not exploring Helsinki. We like to remind you that the apartment is not a Hotel. Please keep the common spaces clean during your stay and leave the room as you got it.
And take care of the keys!!! These type of keys are expensive to replace!
We are all humans and anything can happen and we love being open and honest so if anything is missing or if anything happens or breaks please let us know.
A set of Towels and sheets are provided per person, if for some reason you need an extra set please ask. And if for some reason you need an extra blanket we have some spare quilts.
Like in all Finnish homes shoes are not allowed in the living areas and need to be left in the Hallway.
Finns value their night time tranquility and have strict rules about excessive noise. To respect others staying at the Mansion and neighbours we tend to stick to quiet time between 10pm and 8am and never had any issues.
