Hi Arthur, We're so sorry that you found the unit "stuffy". If only you had communicated that to us, we could have immediately offered you some options to alleviate the problem. We were just a text away. As stated in your check in instructions and the booklet on the foot of your bed, it's really frustrating for hosts to learn of a problem after a stay in a review, when it likely could have been remedied right away with communication. We have gotten feedback on the airtightness / stuffiness of a unit only once before (early on), after which we immediately did research and found a solution. Since shipping containers are air tight, by design, we needed to add ventilation, via a vent under the bed. It is set to remain halfway open and we would have gladly opened it all the way for you. Also, turning off the air and opening the windows in the evenings, when temps are cooler is always an option, to get a nice breeze blowing through the unit. Anyway, in the future, Airbnb hosts absolutely want to hear when their guests are uncomfortable, in any way and will, nine times out of ten, bend over backwards to do everything possible to create a more comfortable stay.
