A parking permit is available for one vehicle.

Guests are also welcome to use household and toiletry items in the unit/bathroom, but should do so reasonably.

Although I will be away during your visit my flatmate Patrick will be around in the evenings and on the weekends. Patrick is a former Airbnb guest of mine, so he has experience being an Airbnb guest. He is friendly, accommodating and generally keeps to himself.

Permit parking is available for one vehicle at no extra cost. However, a $75 replacement fee will be charged if the permit is lost/stolen/not returned.
