Meditation Residential Program For guests who want to experience the spiritual in the everyday. Please read our detailed description under Guest Access. quires a minimum of 3 nights stay (2.5 days of program) and maximum of 5 nights at a time (4.5 days of program). The program includes Meditation (sitting and in movement), daily readings, accommodation, breakfast, evening tea and dinner.
The space has a positive energy and is set in the heart of Mumbai's vibrant suburb Andheri West, 15mins from Juhu. We offer the in-house Meditation program to our guests with daily meditation, breakfast and dinner. While set in the lively...sometimes chaotic urban environs of Mumbai, the peaceful apartment allows for seekers to detach from the outside so that they may begin the journey inside.
A maximum of two seekers at a time ensures more personal attention.
Room: The room is soothing, accommodates 2 guests, has a private semi-attached modern bathroom a step across from the room. All amenities listed are available. In case our guests are missing something we would be very happy to arrange for it.
The living room becomes the meditation hall in the morning and evening. The kitchen is open to guests and also to join in with Sky to prepare breakfast and dinner for a more hands on experience of how to bring meditation into the everyday...into the small things in life.
DAILY SCHEDULE Quick Reference:
5:45- wake up/freshen up and prep for session
6:15- Guided meditation in the main hall
7:30- Healing homemade herbal tea/coconut water/personal time
8:30- Readings from works of Enlightened Masters
9:00- Collective Preparation of wholesome breakfast
11:00- Guests can explore the city from the Sanjay Gandhi National Park just 20mins away, join a pottery class in Versova, visit the infamous Fort area in South Mumbai or the local experiences of suburban Mumbai. Guests could incorporate sports as part of the discipline with access to indoor badminton and squash courts at a nominal fees. Or just Be at the apartment and enjoy some alone time.
16:30 tea time to relax and wind down after a day out (optional)
17:30- prep for Evening Meditation beginning with Surya Namaskar followed by evening Meditation in the main hall
19:00- Collective preparation of dinner.
21:30- retreat to rooms for quiet time

Sky is a warm host and guide. She is mostly there during the first and latter half of the day to help guests with their queries, itinerary etc . All this besides sharing some tools to help you explore beyond the doors of your inner temples through a variety of meditation techniques that she has been practising over the years. Some learnt under her 9years of training with the Master and some received during her own Meditations.

We suggest arriving the evening before the start of the programme for a brief orientation. So if dates selected are 3rd and 4th of a month, guests can check in on the 2nd after 12 noon, and checkout on 5th by 1pm after the morning meditation and breakfast as per schedule above.
The balance of the extroverted city life and the introspective serene inner life is something one can experience to some extent through this program. How to live within while having a full experience of the 'out'. It shall help shed light on solutions to the challenges we face as city dwellers. Mostly an introduction on how to master the juxtaposition of what is constantly changing and that which is ...constant.

Hi, my friends know me as Sky. A little about my interests... love to read, listen to various genres of music from rock to sufi; enjoy my evening runs, tennis at times and Tai chi. Done alot of travelling in the past mostly backpacking and so am enjoying the stillness stage for now :) Life is to cherish and enjoy each moment and sometimes the universe sends us opportunities to share in those moments with others.
