Location, location, location. Really couldn't ask for a better spot to stay in Old Town. Walking distance to every great spot downtown and to the breweries. This place has charm to spare. When you first walk inside, you'll be blown away by how awesome this place is. It also doesn't hurt to be right across the alley from The Forge, which in my opinion is the best bar in Fort Collins -- great beer selection, friendly bartenders, and a laid-back vibe.
Check in/check out were easy and communication was great with the host.
Others have commented on the noise and being woken up. Something all locals know about Fort Collins is that any place you stay downtown will include some lovely train horns. The great people of Fort Collins have been fighting for years to get that changed, but for now the horns continue to blow. So you will want a noise machine or something similar. This isn't unique just to this property -- it's just part of life downtown. That said, it's well worth the tradeoff of being in such a great location, so don't let it stop you from staying here! Bed is firm.
Overall, an awesome place to stay that I'd suggest to anyone.
