Olinda City is divided in two parts: the historical and the new one. This house stays at the core of the historical part, at Rua 13 de Maio (May 13th St.) and is spacious and cozy. It has 3 floors: bottom floor with a big backyard; the middle floor with a living room, two suites, a bathroom, a dining room and a kitchen; and the top floor with a big living room an a bathroom, which can be used as a dorm. It has 250 square meters and can host up to 15 people at the carnival season or at any other season in the city that got its name (Oh, beautiful City!, in english) due to its gorgeous geography. A few meters walk it is possible to visit the Igreja de São Bento (São Bento's Church), the Mercado da Ribeira (Ribeira's Market), the Praça da Preguiça (Preguiça's Square), the Mercado Eufrásio Barbosa (Eufrásio's Barbosa's Market) and the famous Quatro Cantos with its hip and cool bars. The house is at the serenade's route that happens weekly and, also, at the route of the carnival's march, where people wander thought the streets dancing and following the famous Olinda's big carnival dolls.
