Welcome to our Mammoth home! You will love the ski-in/ski-out access of this home. No hassles with driving to the slopes or trying to find parking, just grab your skis or snowboard and you are on the slopes within minutes from your front door. When you are not skiing, you will love the amenities this home offers. The open floor plan, large chefs’ kitchen, espresso machine, pool table, video games, TVs, game table, fireplace, outdoor firepit, and private jacuzzi gives you and your family the perfect environment for creating great memories and fun. With 5 bedrooms (including 2 master suites) this home is perfect for sharing with family and friends. This is truly the most desirable rental in all of Mammoth.
As you enter the house, the inviting foyer provides a comfortable place to remove your coats and shoes. Four of the five bedrooms are also on the entry level. Bedroom 1 is the lower master suite with a king bed, en suite bath with two sinks and large shower and heated floors; Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with a queen bed, fold-away bunk beds and en suite bath with shower and heated floors. This bedroom also has a step down sitting area/media room with a 55” TV, perfect place for the kids or the entire family to hangout and watch a movie (with both a queen bed and two twin beds as well as a sitting area, this room can make a great family or kids suite); Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and attached Jack/Jill full bath with two sinks and heated floors; and Bedroom 4 has two trundle beds (4 twin beds) and attached Jack/Jill full bath with two sinks and heated floors (Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the jack/Jill bathroom).
The upper master suite, kitchen, great room, dining area, hot tub, and two decks are all on the second level. Bedroom 5 is the upper master suite with a king bed, fireplace, and large en suite full bath with separate tub and shower, water-closet, and heated stone floors. The rest of the second level is a spacious open floor plan designed for entertaining and socializing. Family and friends can be together and enjoy each other's company whether eating, cooking, playing pool, watching a movie or playing games. The living room has wood floors, 55” TV, surround sound system, massive fireplace, pool table, 21 game arcade table with all your favorite old-time games, and an original Ms. Pac-Man arcade machine. The kitchen/dining area is completely open to the living room and has seating for 14 (6 at kitchen island and 8 at dining room table). The state of the art chef’s kitchen has heated stone floors, stainless steel built-in appliances, two copper sinks, dishwasher, and bar with wine refrigerator. Two huge outdoor decks are also on the second level, one with a gas barbecue grill and the other with a large spa tub and fire pit overlooking the ski run and Crowley Lake basin.
We are happy to share our Mammoth home with respectful guests that will appreciate this luxury, well maintained property. This is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed. Renter (responsible party on contract) must be 25 years or older.
The 2017/18 Mammoth ski season opens November 9, 2017. Chair 15 at Eagle Lodge must be open for ski-in/ski out access. Typically, Eagle Lodge does not open until after Thanksgiving and closes in mid-April. Please check with the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area to confirm opening/closing dates for Eagle Lodge.
Please note that this property is a legal rental. Most single family homes in Mammoth are prohibited from doing nightly rentals. If you book a property that does not have a Tax Certificate #, most likely it is an illegal rental and your reservation could be in jeopardy. The Town of Mammoth Lakes requires all legal rentals to collect and submit a 14% mandatory Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT). Town of Mammoth Lakes Transient Occupancy Tax Certificate #7947

Check in time is no earlier than 4:00 pm on day of arrival.
Check-out time is no later than 10:00 am on day of departure.
Renter must provide Owner with the names and ages of all occupants of the Property prior to Arrival Date.
Maximum Occupancy:The maximum number of guests staying in the Property overnight is limited to 12 people (“Maximum Occupancy”). If the property’s Maximum Occupancy is exceeded without first obtaining Owner’s permission, the Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
No Smoking: There is no smoking or vaporing permitted in or on the Property. If it is determined that Renter, Renter’s guests, or Occupants have smoked in or on the property, the Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
Guests: Renter is responsible for the actions of all Occupants and guests of Renter.
Quiet Hours and Noise: Renter, Occupants, or guests of Renter shall not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
Events/Parties: Renter is not permitted to have events or parties at the Property.
Theft and Accidents: Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Property. Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Renter, Occupants, or guests of Renter. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Renter, Occupants, and guests of Renter are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Property or others whom they invite to use the Property during the Rental Period.
Maintenance: Renter and Occupants agree to treat the furnishings and fixtures with care and to report to Owner any problems with the Property or the furnishings.
Appliances: Only use appliances for their intended purpose.
Damage: Any damage to the Property will be deducted from the Security Deposit. If the damages are greater than the amount of the Security Deposit, Renter is responsible for all additional costs.
Clean-up: If excessive clean-up is required, additional charges for linens and cleaning service will be levied against the Renter and deducted from the Security Deposit. Such determination will be made at the discretion of the Owner or Agent.
Keys and Remotes: Please return the front door keys to the key box and leave the garage remotes on the kitchen counter. There is a $25 charge for each missing key and a $75 charge for each missing garage door remote.
No Pets: No pets or animals of any kind are permitted in or on the Property. If it has been determined that Renter, Renter’s guests, or Occupants have brought a pet in or on the property, the Security Deposit shall be forfeited.
Parking: Parking is limited to 4 vehicles (2 in garage and 2 in driveway in front of garage). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the Property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
Spa Tub: Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in spa-tub without adult supervision. When using the spa-tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the spa-tub prior to Renter’s arrival; if you have any problems with the spa-tub, please report it to the Owner or Owner’s agent. DO NOT STAND ON THE SPA-TUB COVER. The spa-tub cover is for insulation purposes and is not designed to support a person or persons. Please remember to leave cover on the spa-tub when not using the spa-tub, so that the spa-tub will stay warm.
Fireplace: The fireplace is a propane gas log fired-firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
Security Cameras: Please be advised that there is a security camera at the entry of the home and one outside monitoring the driveway. There are no other security cameras in the home. The outside driveway camera will remain on during your stay. However, the camera at the entry will be turned off after you check-in and will remain off during your stay. We respect your privacy and want you to feel comfortable and safe in our home.
Owner Access: If required, Renter shall allow Owner access to the Property during the Rental Period for purposes of repair, inspection, or to retrieve personal property from Owner’s Closets. Owner shall notify Renter no less than 2-hours prior to accessing the Property and Owner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Please note that the road to the Property is curvy and steep. The roads are generally well maintained; however, we highly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
