My place is located in one of Rome’s most picturesque neighborhoods Trastevere. This three bedroom apartment is perfect for large families or groups of friends looking to spend their holidays in Rome. The apartment is located in a quite area sitting just below the Janiculum hill, which offers beautiful views of the city. The apartment is located about a 10 minute walk from Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, and close to public transit, restaurants , bars, shopping.
The first of two bathrooms is decorated in period tile and has a stall shower and pedestal sink. The first of three bedrooms has two double beds and can comfortably sleep four people. All of the remaining rooms branch off a large central corridor that has plenty of storage space throughout.The formal living/dining room has great period pieces. The room is a great place to plan your daily activities and where you can relax after a long day of touring Rome. The large table can comfortably seat eight people. The second of three bedrooms has two single beds and several antique pieces throughout. A third single bed can be added, if needed. The third bedroom is simple with one double beds and can comfortably sleep two people. The second bathroom has a washing machine and small bathtub/shower. Finally, at the end of the corridor is a newly renovated kitchen with all of the essential items. Oven, four-burner gas stovetop, dishwasher and basic cookware, utensils and serving ware. A great space in Rome’s most vibrant neighborhood and available for short and long-term rentals.

Your host will greet you at the apartment and provide a brief orientation to your new home and the neighborhood. They will be available to assist with dining recommendations and reservations, provide ideas for unique experiences, the printing and acquisition of tickets or boarding passes and for 24 hour emergency support.

A 25 EURO check-in fee will be assessed for any weekend arrivals and for check-in after 7:00 PM Monday-Friday, A 15 EURO check-in fee will be assessed for Holiday check in. A 50 EURO check-in fee will be assessed for arrivals after 10:30 PM, any day of the week. 3.50 EURO per person, per night city tax will be collected at time of check-in. Please have exact change. To remain in compliance with Italian laws, you will be asked to provide a copy of the passport of each guest, including children, and to sign a touristic lease contract. For Your Safety: 1. Always keep the main entrance door and your apartment door closed and locked. Please note, that in many Roman apartments you must turn the key several times to set the deadbolt and secure the door. Take a moment to review the door and lock of your individual apartment. 2. Close and lock the shutters and/or windows when you are not in the apartment. Turn off lights, heaters and air conditioning when the apartment is not occupied. 3. Italians respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be considerate by not slamming doors or speaking loudly in the halls of the apartment building. Avoid disturbing your neighbors. 4. Secure all valuable items before leaving the apartment.
