This 160m2 renovated house, laid out in two levels, blemishes with beautifully renovated exposed beams in traditional Hydriot style in combination with modern comforts for a unique stay.
It's spacious outdoor area (100m2) share majestic views of Hydra and it's port. The inviting terraces with seating provides an attractive outdoor area for lounging or dining with outdoor facilities for cooking.
With direct access from the back veranda where it's cooler during the mornings, the ground floor features 2 living room areas with a fireplace, office desk with internet and the fully equipped kitchen- part of an open plan dining area. By the kitchen there is a utility room with a larger refrigerator and storage space with a separate WC. The interior has access to the front terrace and views of Hydra and its port.
The stairs leading to the lower level are two separate bedroom areas, both with A/C and again views of Hydra.
The master bedroom with its lovely arch and en-suite bathroom (toilet and shower) and door leading onto the veranda, features an office desk ideal for inspirational work and a double bed (180x200).
The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds and usage of the second bathroom on the same floor.
Both rooms have direct access to the garden and two verandas.
The place is equipped with anything you might need including:

Guests are greeted at the port upon arrival and at the house upon departure. At your disposal 24/7 for any questions or help you may need during your stay.

The house is in walking distance from the port, approx. 250 steps. The house manager will meet you at the port and lead you to the property. A donkey is necessary to carry your luggage from the port to the house. Τhe cost is extra at 15-20€.
Breakages & Damage:
We anticipate normal wear and tear plus the occasional glass or plate being broken, this is accepted and not charged for, although we would ask you to inform the House Manager so a replacement can be obtained. However substantial damage or breakages must be paid for.
