Our older home is a 2 minute walk to cafes and the beach. It is great home for families (with kids), it is clean and comfortable but not luxurious. The downstairs floors are mainly polished timber. We provide 2 living/lounge rooms, one set up for children. Our home is well fenced, but on a busy corner, please keep all gates closed. On the same block as our home we have a small bungalow that has a permanent resident in it with 3 dogs.
Our home is close to cafes and beaches. We offer a comfortable but not luxurious stay. Upstairs there is a queen bedroom and a double, and a small room with desk area. Downstairs are 2 lounge areas, 1 setup as children's playroom. The 1 bathroom has full size bath, separate shower and toilet. Kitchen is equipped with electric oven and wood oven. The remaining bedrooms have 2 singles and a trundle in one and queen bed in the other. All bed linen and towels provided, beach towels available too. Access to home is via a key kept in a locked key safe. Pin number will be provided the day before your arrival. Please be careful with your key as there will be a charge for any missing keys.
You will have access to entire home and small/medium outdoor garden area, room for kids to ride their bikes or a game of cricket or just to relax in. Some bikes and scooters available for your use. There is an area with gas bbq and outdoor table and chairs. There is a small occupied bungalow with 3 dogs at rear of home. Dogs are secured in a completely separate garden to home. Guest numbers are strictly no more than 9. High chair, pusher and portable cot available if needed.

As car parking in Apollo Bay can often be a problem, we ask that you park your vehicles inside our fenced property allowing space to close the gates, or park in our driveway. This leaves parking space in the street for others.!
