Although we allow 5pax in the unit, please do note that the unit can comfortably fit 2-3 pax. 5 might be too tight and we recommend getting 2 units for 5 people. however, if you dont mind squeezing in, we do allow up to 5 people in the unit, and we provide extra mattresses and towels.

We live nearby, so any concerns/ requests, etc can be quickly addressed. My assistant Edna or I will meet the guests at the Eton Lobby for the check in.

Group Rates:

This is only a 1 bedroom unit, but we allow groups to check in. We provide extra beds/ beddings for all declared guests. This unit can comfortably fit 2 people, but if you don't mind squeezing in, we allow up to 4 pax to stay here.

The rate showing in the listing is for 2 guests. We don't charge the usual Php350.00 per person over 2 guests, as we understand that our guests book in airbnb for the flexibility of being able to stay together as a group and for the cost savings. As it is understandable though that there will be additional costs for a bigger group, we just charge a small group fee (not per head fee) depending on the size of the group to cover the extra cost of electricity and water usage and cost of laundry for the additional bedsheets.

Here are the group fees. Please take note this is a flat fee per night and NOT per person:

Groups of 3-5: Additional Flat rate of Php250 to the nightly rate

Requirement before check-in:

Please note that you have to submit the IDs of all the guests staying in the unit to our email address one (1) day in advance, as the property management requires that everyone who enter the building have proper identification filed in their office. Non-submission of the IDs at least one (1) day before can result to the entry issues, as the guards have been instructed by the property management not to allow anyone to enter the building/ wait at the lounge area without proper identification. This is the property management's way to ensure the security of all the residents in the building.

Airport Drop Off:

The car that will be used is a Toyota Innova that can fit 7 passengers, or 4 passengers with luggages. This is available from Tuesdays to Sundays at a rate of Php1,000.00. The driver will pick you up at the building lobby, and will bring you to the airport. Please ensure that this is arranged at least a day before your departure. Please also provide your flight details to us.

We also offer tours around Manila, Tagaytay and Batangas. We can also make arrangements for your tours in Palawan.

What is the Check in & Check out time? Do you allow early check-in & late check-out?

We follow a standard check in time of 2:00pm, and a standard check out time of 11am.
If you are arriving earlier than the standard check in time or leaving later than our standard check-out time, please let me know so I can confirm if we are able to accommodate the request, as usually there are guests in the unit before & after your stay.
If we are unable to accommodate the early check-in/late check-out, please message our assistant in the building. They can safe keep the luggages for you, but please bring your valuable things with you. Greenbelt mall is just a block away, and there is also an all day breakfast/café in the building where you can lounge around while waiting.

Where is the property located?
The closest landmark is Greenbelt 1 mall, just a block away from the building. From the airport, the easiest way to get here is through the Skyway, then ask the driver to take the Amorsolo exit. Ask the driver to take a right to Gamboa street. This is across the Washington Sycip Park & beside KL Towers.

Is there parking in the building?
There is only 1 parking slot being rented out to short term tenants in the building. If you will need overnight parking, please contact us immediately to confirm the availability. It is on a first-come-first-serve basis. The rate is Php 230.00 per night.

What does the rate cover? Are utilities unlimited?
The rate I have given is inclusive of the nightly rent for the unit, dues covering the use of all the building amenities like the pool, the gym, playground, lounge area, etc. It also includes unlimited access to the highspeed wifi in the unit & cable TV subscription.

We have allotted Php250 per night for the utilities which covers reasonable use of water and electricity. This is a generous allotment for 10-12 hours use of air-condition in the unit. We do the meter reading upon check-in & upon check-out and any overage will be charged to the guests. Our previous guests in the past have been conscious & considerate in conserving energy especially when they are out, so we have not experienced any guests paying for overage before. To ensure there isn't any overage in use of utilities, please ensure that all appliances are turned off when not in use & that the air-condition is not left on when you are out. Let us all take part in conserving the environment.

Are towels, bed linens and toiletries included? How about cleaning, how often is it?
The towels extra beds and bed linens will be provided for the declared # of guests. We provide a starter kit for the toiletries like shampoo, soap and toilet paper rolls. Toiletries, water and other needs for the rest of the stay can easily be bought at the 7-11 convenience store at the ground floor of the building.
The cleaning fee included in the price is for the cleaning before check in and after check out. Additional cleaning can be requested at a fee of Php 500 pesos.

Can I have guests in the unit who will not be sleeping there?

You can treat the property as your own home while you are there! You can of course entertain your guests in the unit, just please let the reception desk know who will be coming up, so they can authorize their entry. We just limit the guests to a maximum of 5 at a time, so as not to disturb the neighbors.

Am I allowed to host a party in the unit?
We have now stopped allowing parties in our unit, due to damages in the unit and heavy cleaning needed after check out. Please note that if our guests hold parties in the property without our written consent, we will be charging an extra Php 1,500 for the check out cleaning.

Is smoking allowed in the unit?
If you booked a balcony unit, smoking is allowed at the balcony, but not inside the unit. If it is not a balcony unit, smoking areas are limited to the 8th floor pool side area & 32nd floor roof deck.

How many people are allowed to swim? Will my guests be allowed too? What time does the pool close?
The swimming pool is limited to the registered tenants (only the names of the people registered in the move in form) up to a maximum of 2 people swimming at a time. Eton Parkview now charges Php300 per head over 2 guests swimming at a time. Please note that names that are not registered will not be allowed to use the building amenities.

Can I request for additional cleaning during my stay?
Yes, you can at a minimal extra fee of Php300 per cleaning. For monthly stays, we provide 1 complimentary cleaning per week. We have housekeeping staff who will be able to do the cleaning for you. Please leave instructions whether you prefer for them to clean while you are in the unit, or if you are okay that they enter while you are out. If you choose to have them clean while you are out, please ensure to secure your important items, as we will not be responsible for any loss of items in the unit.

What's your policy on host-guest etiquette and staff interaction?
We ask that you please do treat us and our staff & representatives with respect. We will not tolerate rude & abusive behavior towards us or our staff. Our staff is comprised of sweet, respectful and service-oriented people. They will treat you right so please also treat them right. :)
Please also note that the building is a private residential space, so please keep the noise level down, as there are other families residing in the building. We have had complaints from other neighbors before, so to avoid this from happening again, we request that our guests to refrain from shouting, very loud laughter and karaoke singing inside and outside their units. Thank you very much.

How secure is the building, and what is required from me before check in?
Please note that bldg management is applying tight security policies in the building to ensure the safety of the tenants & their guests, as such, the following procedures have to be completed before a guest could check in the unit:

1. Requirement before check-in:

3. All guests will also be requested to complete a property pass and submit their belongings for a bag check, if asked.

This policy is applicable to all long term & short term tenants.

I liked this location a lot. Joe and Edna were very helpful. They let me extend my stay by one night without hassle. The building employees were also very helpful as well.

The Place was very comfortable . Our family had a wonderful experience. The loft was quite spacious and had ample furniture. We love that the place was near everything we needed. My wife visited Yeu spa and got a massage every evening. The also enjoyed the Nail spa just a couple steps away. I on the other hand frequented the Salcedo Sunday market, Wildfour Bakery, and Greenbelt. front staff were courteous and friendly. Joe was was a wonderful host. He was very personable, communicated well, and prompt. He follows through from beginning to end. He covered all areas without leaving gray areas. We we're quite pleased with Joe. I must mention that Joe's assistant Edna did a great job; from reception to check out, we think she did a fantastic job. She was prompt and responsive to our questions as well as request. We needed to check out early due to issues with transportation. She was flexible and understanding enough to accommodate even at the end of her shift. We are so happy we chose to stay here. I recommend this place to all my friends and to you who are considering to stay here.

I loved the interior. But i had hard time to look for parking and its kinda dark there. But except that, we enjoyed staying there :)

We enjoyed the place, it was clean and spacious. joe and staff are very accommodating. It's just that the lack of parking space within the bldg was quite a hassle for us since we frequently went out. Nevertheless, place is highly recommended.

The place was good and they assisted as very nicely.
