Другие важные подробности
The house was built in the 1970s and has been nicely updated over the years since we bought the house in 2001. What we love about the house is it's unpretentious 'local' style, the really conveniently laid out kitchen, lots of room for dining, the comfortable living room, the wonderful back yard pool, and the very private back yard. The Japanese furo (soaking tub) in the master suite is also very relaxing. When we are there, we practice zazen (meditation) every morning in the zendo.
No Smoking. Registered guests on premises, only. No loud parties.
But also.... Have fun. enjoy, return home refreshed. In order to receive your entire damage deposit refund, guest are expected to leave the house reasonably tidy. We do the cleaning, but it's expected that you will leave the house as if you were borrowing friend's house and... you wanted to be invited back.
Randall: Coffee with half and half the moment I get up. Zazen. Re-watch a Coen brothers or Fellini movie once every so often. A bit of photography.
Donna: Tea the moment she gets up! The most wonderful wife you could ever imagine! Thai food. Boogie boarding. Theater!! Did I mention tea?
