Two beds are modern Wilkerson Row styles and one is an antique Italian Angelhead, all with brand-new mattresses and fresh, soft bedding. Each bedroom has 6 pillows: 2 Standard Feather, 2 Standard Down Alternative & 2 D.A. European Shams.
The back Bedroom has Room-Darkening Shades. Each bedroom has a Writing Desk.
Hello, Baby Doll! We just purchased a Graco Pack 'N Play, cotton jersey knit sheets and a soft Coney Island baby blanket. This can be brought to your bedroom so your baby can rest by your side. We also got a safety gate and a baby bath for your youngster's safety and comfort.
The Living/Dining Room:
The Living room La-Z-Boy Sofa Bed has a Memory Foam Mattress and 2 Standard Feather Pillows.
You will also find a large Dining Table with Seating for up to 8 people, a drinks table and the new Samsung Smart TV.
Our Galley Kitchen is fully furnished with a Stove, dishwasher and these brand new appliances: a Samsung Refrigerator & Microwave + Cuisinart Toaster and Coffee Maker.
Need to look up a recipe or do some work while you're having your coffee? Pull out one of the Stools below the Kitchen cafe table. You'll find a Computer & Cell Phone Charging Station below the cafe table.
There are also new Pots & Pans, spices. Get cooking, Chef!
The back deck features a reclaimed teak bench and chairs with a view from on high. What a breeze!
We have just added furniture and a charcoal Barbecue Pit to our shady backyard patio so you can light up the grill!
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal!
Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and it is totally private! You will be able to enter the front door by using a Code, which I will send to you once you arrive.
Plus, there are Security Iron Doors for your safety.

We are happy to provide a complimentary CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST of cereal, milk, coffee, tea, and coffee creamer, like half and half, for the first 2-3 days. Let us know if you need anything else or if supplies run low.
(Please let us know if anyone has FOOD ALLERGIES ahead of time. Thank you!)
If you need special catering, please let us know at least TWO WEEKS BEFORE BOOKING, so that we can try to accommodate your wishes.
Again, let us know if you have any food allergies ahead of time.

- NO smoking, illegal activities or loud parties.
-Please be respectful of neighbors.
-Please use the disposable face cloths provided to remove make-up. Then, throw away in waste basket, (not the toilet.) Flush ONLY Toilet paper down toilets. Please be careful with plumbing.
Do Not pour grease or oil down the sink drains (or the toilets).
-Should anything malfunction or break, or if there is a plumbing issue or any other problem, kindly contact the hosts immediately through the AIRBNB App so that they can arrange for a repairman or plumber.
- Any significant damage and/or smoking in the apartment will result in the loss of security deposit and possible further charges.
-For Guests staying for longer than a week, the following rules apply:
a. The Security Deposit will be $2,000 for Guests who stay for 8 days to 27 days.
b. The Security Deposit will be $3,000 for Guests staying 28 days or longer.
***Up to the present moment, we have always returned the guest's Entire Security Deposit. We expect to continue to welcome the same caliber of excellent guests that we have always had in the past!***
c. For guests staying for 8 days or longer, there will be an additional Cleaning Fee of $150 per week, which will appear as an Extra Fee on your bill. This Weekly Cleaning SAFEGUARDS the Guest's Security Deposit, as well as, Protects the Host's AIRBNB Property. It also allows our Housekeeper to work on a regular basis and to earn a Living Wage.
d. Before leaving, please strip OFF all pillow cases, but leave sheets ON beds.
Place pillow cases, plus any used Towels in the Clothes Hamper (stored to the left of the Washer).
-Place all dishes in the dish washer.
e. When leaving, please lock the front and back doors.
