Lone Wolf Acres Chalet is part of our creek front property on Coffee Creek. It's a place of quietude where you can uplug and connect with the wild. Wander along the path to the creekside bench and enjoy the soulful rhythm of the water and the scent of pine; or bathe in the pure mountain waters. If you yearn for simplicity and natural beauty, this is it. At the Chalet, you can experience all that and still enjoy comfort.
The Chalet is one of three buildings on the Lone Wolf Acres property. It rents separately or as part of the Lone Wolf Acres package. If you're interested in renting the entire property for your group, be sure to tell me that when you inquire about booking.
There is one private bedroom with a queen size bed and an upstairs loft with a queen size futon and two twin beds. There is a 32 inch flat screen tv and bluray player with a few movies.
Guests have access to the creekside bench, the hammock and the lower meadow, as well as the grounds around the Chalet. My property manager will give you an orientation to the grounds when you arrive and let you know where things are.

Другие важные подробности
There is only one neighbor on our side of the creek and though traffic along the road is minimal, people do drive in and out on a daily basis, so please drive slowly (5 miles an hour) on the road. There are other residences on the other side of the creek, but you rarely hear them. There are no supermarkets in Coffee Creek, so guests should stock up in Weaverville or Redding before climbing the mountain. There are two little convenience stores, one in Coffee Creek and the other in Trinity Center. The Trinity Center Market has gas and a broader selection of necessities.
- Guests enter Coffee Creek at their own risk.
- Guests also use the hammock at their own risk. Children must be supervised by a legal guardian while using the hammock
- The Chalet is on a sceptic system. Please do not put anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. Also, no feminine products, bleach or non-sceptic safe chemicals, soaps or other liquids can go down the pipes.
- This is a wilderness area, so wildlife abounds and guests should take all necessary precautions to protect themselves and be safe.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.

I am most at home in the wilderness, have paddled Alaskan Rivers, and backpacked extensively. One of my favorite wilderness trips was in the Trinities, which is why my husband and I couldn't resist buying this little slice of heaven on Coffee Creek.
Most of the year, I'm a gentlewoman farmer on the Central Coast of California, but I find myself spending more and more time in the lovely little community of Coffee Creek. Come see why.
