The spacious, open plan living and kitchen area offers a social space for relaxed dining and unwinding after a busy day in the city. The modern, fully equipped kitchen’s white cupboards contrast beautifully with the dark oak parquet floor. Along one kitchen counter sit three tall stools, perfect for breakfast before setting off for the day. If you’d prefer more formal dining, there is a wooden table and four chairs more suited to evening meals in. In the living area, the large, comfortable ‘L’ shaped leather sofa (which doubles as a sofa-bed to sleep an extra couple of guests) and footstool provide somewhere to wind down and enjoy the last of the evening sun via the glass, sliding doors which spread across the front façade of the property and open out onto a private balcony. The balcony has fantastic views across Hanover Square and is perfect for taking in the sights and sounds of London’s busiest shopping location. Alternatively, if you prefer your privacy, there are shuttered sliding doors - outside of the main balcony windows - which you can slide across. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with dark wooden double bed and matching bedside tables and cream carpets. This room also contains a door to the small courtyard outside and an en-suite bathroom. The black marble tiled en-suite shower room is quite spectacular & enhances the luxury feel of this apartment. This is mirrored in the main bathroom which has a bath, overhead ‘waterfall’ shower and heated towel rail.
The second bedroom is a comfortable double room, with a view to the courtyard via a wall length window. The cream coloured wooden bed and bedside tables keep the room light and bright. As well as the balcony, there is a small private courtyard at the back of the apartment for more intimate dining for two on the table and chairs with a feature chiminea to keep you warm on a summer's evening.

This property boasts overhead large rain-effect shower heads, they are great but please don't get too carried away. In keeping with many Central London properties the hot water tank is not built for continuous hot water usage, constant use for over 45 minutes may result a cold shower.
