My permanent rental place is walk-able close to all that Downtown Kirkland has to offer--restaurants, shops, parks, and more!
This is a great spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, alike.
No stairs or steps for easy access.
The apartment has been thoughtfully furnished with modern, comfy furniture, basic cable, fast WiFi, 40" HDTV & BluRay player (and movies!), and a kitchen ready for you to cook to your heart's content.
The bedroom features a queen-sized memory foam mattress and a private closet with plenty of elbow room.
A full-sized sofa hide-a-bed (in living room, to be set up by guests, as needed) will accommodate up to two additional quests.
Parking is a dedicated, covered carport space right at the front door and ample street parking is available if you have another vehicle (or oversize/RV).
Enjoy the entire one-bedroom apartment and parking space during your stay, including in unit, full-size laundry machines and an outdoor patio space with seating.
(This apartment is a full-time rental property, not a personal residence)
You are less than 3-minute walk into the absolute heart of downtown Kirkland: grocery stores, parks, loads of restaurants, nightlife, culture, and the waterfront & marina. A few more minutes (or an easy Uber/Lyft ride) gets you to G00gle campus, Tableau's new campus, the Kirkland corridor trail system, Bellevue, Redmond, and Seattle.
Additionally, multiple transit options available. Just a few blocks to the Kirkland transit center where regular bus lines run.
Zip Cars and Car2Go within blocks, as well as Uber and Lyft ride-share
Need a longer or shorter stay? Let me know and I may be able to accommodate.

I love Seattle, and am excited to share my place in the hopes that you do, too, after your visit! However, I also enjoy traveling, and seeing all that is out there to explore beyond the great Pacific Northwest. I am always on the hunt for a good cup of joe, and once that is accomplished, I particularly like to hike, scuba dive, and mountain bike at the places that I visit. After all that activity I am game to find great and new places to eat. One of my favorite places to visit: Bend, OR.
Here at home I do much of the same (minus the scuba--PNW water is way too cold for me, thank you very much), and I also like to scout out new things happening in Seattle with my husband, pup, and friends.
Looking forward to hosting you soon, and making your time here great!
