The Townhouse is close to the beautiful Nambucca River, Beaches, Walking Tracks, Shops and Restaurants . The courtyard has a rainforest outlook with the sound of the ocean and cool breezes filtering through your bedroom window each night. The Townhouse would suite a mature couple or a young family with a baby who are looking for a short term lease - minimum of 6 months and maximum of 10 months.
The Townhouse is a 2 story dwelling in a small complex and is situated at the rear of the site away from street noises. There is a steep driveway down to the single car automatic lockup garage. The garage has internal access to the unit through the laundry. There is an extra toilet on this first level as well as the lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Everything is modern with an open plan layout and plenty of natural light.
The first bedroom has a queen sized bed, side tables, lamps, mirrored wardrobe and television. All linen and bedding are provided.
There is a second bedroom across the landing from the main bedroom which can be used as a study or a nursery/playroom for a young baby. A porta-cot and high chair are available if requested. Both rooms have ceiling fans.
The corner sofa is modern and comfortable and has a matching chaise with an under storage compartment.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, electric oven and ceramic top cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, jug and toaster. Lots of plates, cutlery, cookware, glasses and serving dishes etc.
There is a top load washing machine and an overhead dryer. The utility cupboard holds the vacuum cleaner, brooms, mops, ironing board and iron.
At the rear of the unit is a paved courtyard with a bar table and stools plus a BBQ and shade umbrella.
The Townhouse is our home for most of the year so we do have some parts of the unit locked and set aside for our personal belongings.

Please take care when entering and exiting the garage as it is a steep narrow entrance.
Guests are encouraged to leave the unit clean and tidy and place all dirty linen in the bathroom hamper provided to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Guests are encouraged to leave the kitchen and all used cooking items (including the BBQ) in a clean state. All dishes should be washed and put away before leaving.
Because we have neighbors in close proximity either side, we ask guests to be mindful of their noise after 9pm
