OUTSIDE AREA AND PARKING
There is off road parking available for one car at the front of the property. There is a large garden at the rear of the property. Access is permitted but ball games are not allowed and we ask children to be supervised at all times.

BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY
Between April and September, there is a minimum six night stay. Shorter stays may be available in between bookings.
Short Break Pricing
Stays of less than seven nights are calculated as follows:
3 nights: 75% of the weekly rate.
4 nights: 80% of the weekly rate.
5 nights: 85% of weekly rate.
6 nights: 100% of weekly rate.
