Gulfstream Cottages MRV43 is a charming 2-bedroom 2-bath home situated just a short walk from the beach and airy comfortable accommodations for up to 8 people. Gather your closest friends or relatives for a beach vacation on the south end of Myrtle Beach.

Entry from the covered front porch is a breeze with keyless entry. Warm wood flooring greets with a cozy sectional sofa with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a coffee table and a large slat screen TV with cable and a DVD player.

The first floor level offers a laundry area with a washer and dryer. A full-bathroom with a shower is on the first level.

Gather around the dining room table with seating for 4 to eat or play. The kitchen features black on black appliances complimented with smooth granite counters and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.

The bedrooms are both located on the second level. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed while the second has a twin-full-twin bunkbed. Both bedrooms have comfortable bedding and a television. There is a shared full bathroom with a bidet and shower. In the guest bedroom there is a desk and easy access outlets.

Relax on the back patio with seating for 4 and a grill to cook up burgers and steaks. Enjoy the manicured lush landscaped greens and on warm days plunge into the refreshing outdoor community swimming pool.

Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South on the southern side of Myrtle Beach, just minutes to all attractions, shopping and dining. Play a few rounds of golf in the Golf Capitol of the World with over 100 championship courses to choose from. Fill your wish lists at the two Tanger Outlets, Market Common and the assorted malls and shopping centers. Set sail for a high seas adventure on a fishing charter, kayaking and scuba diving. Family fun can't be topped at Family Kingdom Amusement Park with wood and steel rollercoasters and Splashes Waterfront Waterpark. Visit Broadway at the Beach for an assortment of fun dining choices and entertaining museums like WonderWorks and the Hollywood Wax Museum. Gulfstream Cottages MRV43 offers the ideal location for a seaside getaway.

Gulfstream cottage 343 Sailors the rental property herein addressed is managed by Myrtle Beach Rentals for Vacation LLC. I ask that you read and adhere to all of the following terms and conditions herein addressed. Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 10 AM or sooner on the dates booked for rental. There is a $50 per hour late checkout fee after 10 am on the check out date. The renters will be emailed the instruction provided by the condo owner to gain entry to the condo 2 days before the trip. The cleaning service will arrive promptly after your departure to inspect clean and prepare the condo for the next incoming renters. Two parking permits will be issued by the owner and the parking permits need to be placed behind the window shield. The renters agree that they park 1 car in the assigned parking lot with 343 in front of the cottage and park the second car in the unassigned parking lot without a number. The renters must agree to abide by all resort facilities and parking regulations and understand that the renters alone not the condo owners or resort are responsible for the towing of the illegally parked vehicles. The renters agree that they are responsible on any damage of their own properties and any injury of themselves inside and outside of the property. The renters agree to reimburse the owners for any damages or missing items for the duration they are occupants from the safety deposit and/or from their credit card if damage protection insurance was not purchased. No condo property such as bedspreads, pillows, blankets, towels, sheets, chairs, pots, pans, glasses, dishes or anything else are to be taken out of this condo to the beach or anywhere else. This condo is a non pet friendly and having pets is a violation and breach of contract and is grounds for eviction without refund and is also subject to $200 recovery fee billed to the renters. This condo is a non-smoking unit including the balcony. A violation will result in $200 recovery fee billed to the renters. House parties and groups in excess of the initial renters are not permitted. Violators are subject to eviction without refund. The owner will provide a travel size shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap and a toilet tissue in the bathroom, a paper towel, 1 dish washer detergent and 2 trash bags in the kitchen. The renters need to bring all these consumables for the convenience. The renters understand that a peaceful, quiet atmosphere is expected and enjoyed by all residents and renters alike. As such the renters will do everything possible to limit disturbances in the accommodations, in the neighborhood, in the pools and the beach. The renters agree to report the damages. If needed, a service person will get in the condo for the repairing. Service person shall have right to call ahead, make appointment and gain entry to the condo to inspect and make corrections and repairs. If entry is refused the renters will be held liable for all service call costs. The renters understand that the bunk bed in the guest room is for kids or light-weighted person. The maximum weight for twin bed is 150lb, for double bed is 300lb. Before check out, the renters agree to keep the inside, back yard of the cottage, and the pool area neat and clean, keep the refrigerator clean and put all the trash in bags, and put the bagged trash in the trash can in backyard, lock the backdoor and the automatic lock in front door. The renters agree to close the back door when BBQ in backyard. Otherwise, the smoke of the grill may trigger the fire alarm in the cottage. The renters need to clean the BBQ before check out if it is used during your stay. Maid and cleaning service are only provided when you depart unless otherwise requested for an additional cost. In the interim during your stay, the renters are responsible for keeping the condo tidy, taking out the trash, washing the dishes and utensils, and doing your laundry. Before your departure, you have to put all the used dishes and other kitchen stuff in the dishwasher and start to wash. The renter will clean the refrigerator before check out. The renters agree that the payment is non-refundable if the renters cancel the reservation. The renters have to make payment in full 2 weeks before the trip. If the owner cannot receive the payment before or on the due day, the reservation will be cancelled without any refund.

Frank's place is only a block away from the beach. Our family of 8 + an infant stayed for one night and it was perfect for us. It is also conveniently located at a walking distance from restaurants. Frank was prompt in all of his communications. We would stay at Frank's place again.

This was such a great place to stay! Plenty of space to fit 6 adults with a full kitchen and two full baths. There was also a washer and dryer. I would recommend staying here with a family or just a group of adults wanting to have fun!
