Located in Victorian Ditmas Park, this apartment is mere steps away from trendy Cortelyou Rd and its many restaurants & bars and is only a 2 minute walk to the Q train. You will be sleeping on a leather couch in a generously sized living room. This listing is best suited for solo adventurers, people visiting friends, or students looking for a place to sleep after a day of sightseeing/ job hunting.
You will be sleeping on a large "L shaped" leather couch in my living room. There is no way to move the couch to make one large bed. The sofa will be made up with clean linens, blankets, and pillows.
Living room (where you will be sleeping) and bathroom.
Kitchen use is limited to microwave, tea kettle, toaster oven, filtered tap water and refrigerator.

Hello & Welcome!
I am originally from, and grew up in, New England, but have been coming to New York my whole life. Brooklyn is a relatively new venture for me and while I am no expert yet, I am absolutely loving it here.
I think traveling and experiencing cultures other than your own is vital and positively affects all aspects of ones life and am excited to be a part of a community that cherishes that!
