This very unique maisonette penthouse is situated in the 15th, 16th and 17th floor. It is equipped with all amenities like Air Conditioning, strong WiFi, TV and a 16:10 projector with one hundred inch motorscreen, dishwasher and most important of all: a beautiful rooftop balcony with a view all over sofia and vitosha mountain. There are sunchairs for getting your tan on. In mild summer nights it's the best thing to just sleep outside under the stars.
The two-story penthouse is located downtown, 6 minutes of walking to the Metro-station Konstantin Velichkov and 10 minutes to the Mall of Sofia with IMAX cinema, food court and a huge variety of stores. A relaxed 15 minute walk talks your right to downtown touristy Serdika if you want to. For your information: There is no central quarter where all the bars or clubs are, they are indeed distributed around NDK, Lozenets and parts of the southern centre. No one walks around in Sofia if he doesn't want to, a cab ride is about 1-2 Euro from my place to any bar or club downtown. Same for switching venues. And in the touristy and noisy center the drink and food quality is worse yet overpriced at the same time.
My place in turn sports the best location possible: quiet and nice, short walking distance to nice little bulgarian stores and a big market for fresh fish, food, bread etc. And right IN the building there is a supermarket and 50 meter away a 24h non stop liquor and convenience store. Opposite of the street is a great bulgarian BBQ restaurant. Another Bulgarian Restaurant, which recently expanded with a pizza-oven, is 50 Meters away. Free parking is available on the front- and backside of the building. Paid and guarded parking is available too. Remember though, that this is a 30 year old building, so the elevator, the floors outside are very old and look accordingly. For me it's very charming though, way better than a blank and empty modernist building.
I am renting out the whole place except for my office, this in turn might be negotiable for reliable long-term guests though with good recommendations in order to access my laundry-room and the washing machine. I'm renting out my apartment to friendly and reliable people with some recommendations, usually with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
I am just redecorating my place, that's why you can benefit from this unusually low price. Please in turn be patient with a little dust and visible work on the wall. It is still as comfy as usual, no contruction yard ;) Enjoy it while it lasts, when I'm done it will be at least !! twice as expensive.
In return I ask you for treating my place the way it should be: Like a guest in my home. It's not an empty apartment or soul-less hotel room, I do really live in there and I'm enjoying every day of it. And so will you !! :)
If you're 2 people my office with my personal stuff will be locked and you'll have access to all the rest of the apartment including two bathrooms, double bed and double couch. If you're 4 or more I will remove all my personal items from my office / guest room and there will be an additional double.

If I'm in Bulgaria you can of course call me anytime, otherwise I'll try to answer via message asap. I have a reliable bulgarian friend who lives 200 meter away, he speaks perfect english and knows the town by heart.
No smoking inside, but you can of course smoke on the balcony and enjoy the view. No pets or assistance-animals, no permanent overnight guests, no glass or metal in the jacuzzi-tub. Else just please be respectful, there are neighbors below with a little child :)
