My comfy one-room flat is perfect for a nice brief stay in Milan. it's located inside a historical Milanese building, whose yard hosts a 600 year-old wisteria which is said to be Leonardo Da Vinci's favorite one! The neighborhood is quiet and close to the center: nearby you can find 2 tram stops to reach Piazza Duomo in just 15 mins! Other close areas are: Navigli, Porta Ticinese, Bocconi, Porta Romana. You will love it as it has all kinds of comforts, nice furniture, and it is very bright!
The flat is located inside a quiet and recently-built mini condo with a common walkway. Closeby you can find a nice pizzeria/restaurant (right under the building), aMoroccan and a Lebanese restaurant (both medium-high price) and a supermarket (5 minutes by walk).
Guests have access to the common walkway, respecting the rules of common sense and quiet for the neighbors.
