I read your review just now and have to read it several times to fully understand what you are saying. I had to look up the word: deragatory that means showing a critical or disrespectful attitude. Do you mean I had this attitude with you? If that is the case, than there must be a misunderstanding. For us you were an excellent guest despite all deficiencies. I took your comments well and send over the handyman to fix the fan and put a lock on the bathroom door (in the end he didn´t buy the one I wanted, but that´s another story). There was a mess up with the keys as you arrived and I apoligize for that.
I also don´t understand why you say airbnb warned you we wrote a bad review. This is a misunderstanding too. We wrote: Jim! No tenemos nada negativo que decir! Sin duda lo recomendamos! That means: We have nothing negative to say and without any doubt we recommend you.
The noisy peolpe upstairs I don´t recall you mentioning anything about it, neighter from the girls in # 2, up until now.
I am not looking for excuses or anything. I just want to clear the air that we are all good with you and never had any intencions to give you a bad feeling afterwords.
