Our place is within easy walking distance of the town centre where there are family-friendly activities, nightlife and public transport. Tourist information is just across the road and cafes, restaurants, shops, bike hire and the train station servicing travel North and South are within just a few minutes walking distance. You’ll love the place because of the fab views, the great location, the kitchen, and the cosiness. Our top floor apartment is good for families (with kids) and bigger groups.
Our Victorian property is situated just a few minutes walk from the centre of town, the railway station, tourist information and numerous shops, cafes & resturants.
We have created a warmy cosy modern apartment within our Victorian period property, maintaining the character and style of the era. The property has gas central heating, a contemporary style Kitchen, Bathroom and an additional toilet room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and large fridge freezer. There is also a dining table and breakfast bar seating.
The bathroom has a power shower, and large bath tub, washbasin and wc, and there is constant hot water throughout.
There is ample space for 6 guests to sleep and we have provided 2 double rooms and 1 twin room for the comfort of our guests. We also provide towels and bed linen.
The living room has 2 sofas, an open fire for those cosy nights in and a writing desk and chair. You can gaze at the beautiful scenery throughout the apartment, or settle down to watch some tv or a dvd.
We've also provided plenty of games, books and dvd's for our guest's enjoyment during their stay.
You will have complete access to the whole of the apartment. It is important to note that the property is on the top floor of the building with no lift access and therefore the property would be unsuitable for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.
We provide keys to the property via a key safe located on site and we will send you the code for access prior to your arrival.

There is ONE car parking space in the private car park at the property. This is marked No.15.
Additional on street parking is available just outside the property.
- You can have access to the property by a flexible key safe system. We will email the code for the key safe prior to your arrival.
- Our property is on the top floor Victorian tenement building and access is via the communal stair. THERE IS NO LIFT FACILITY AND THEREFORE THE PROPERTY MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY CLIMBING STAIRS. As a communal building we would ask that you are respectful to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimun and that litter is placed in the outside bins provided. There is ONE car parking space allocated for the property marked no.15, but additional on street parking is also availble.
We are a family of 5 living and working in the heart of Scotland. Our friends and families are spead far and wide, so a lot of our travelling comes through a desire to meet and catch up with loved ones.
