As Valerie states we are open, sure. Open enough to answer any requests made in order to make our guest's stay more comfortable. We are not wizards, anyway, to straight the bends of the roads, nor to raise a few degrees the winter temperature in this zone of the island. I think that it is unfair to mark our listing as 'inaccurate' because of the lack of a window in a bedroom. Where is the inaccuracy in our information? Is there any photo or information about a 'fake window' anywhere in the house listing? As I wrote before, any problem with the house (the lack of *optional* commodities as salt, sugar... or even that chimney issue that is a first-timer for us, as we had never heard a complaint about it before) could have been addressed if the communication on our guest's behalf had been more fluid. We have no way to help you now, we are no time-travelers, but in the moment it happened we would have been happy to help.
As your review gets into detail: in my opinion, a 40 litres water boiler is enough for a house this size and the house-heating issue you point out: we could see that you could move furniture around the house (and not leaving it in their place when you left), so maybe moving the portable heater to where you need it would have been a nice idea. Or, again: you could have contacted us with the complaint when we still could help!
I don't really understand the aim of reviews like this: you say we are open and responsive and then don't mention anything until it is too late.
We get the message and it will help us improve as hosts. Please do the same and improve as a guest yourself.
