THE LIVING AREA
Finished with stylish décor, this family room features a fireplace, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, coffee table and a sofa, a dining table which extends to seat 12, and an armchair. This area can be set up to have a temporary bed if necessary.
Next door to the living area is a beautiful dining room with table and chairs to seat six guests.
With two entrances, the large, open-plan kitchen area has a large marble-top island/breakfast bar with stools. At the back are 4 glass doors which open up onto the sunny garden. There is also a small sofa and a set of table and chairs for small children.
A lovely private garden featuring a BBQ and outdoor seating area.
There is a convenient WC in the downstairs hall way.
Next door is a modern bathroom with a step-in shower and WC.
Up some small steps is the master bedroom featuring a super king-size bed and built-in wardrobes. There is an adjoining cot room, ideal for parents travelling with a little one.
Located on the first floor, this stunning, open room has large sash windows, a king size bed and built-in wardrobes.
This light and modern bathroom features a bath-tub, overhead shower and WC. There is also a large slanting window to provide plenty of natural light.
On the fourth floor is a beautifully decorated room, ideally suited for children, featuring two child-size single beds and pretty pink decor. Temporary beds can be set up in this room to suit.
This bedroom has a cot and baby minding chair, joined to the master bedroom which can be also fitted with temporary beds.

The dining table can extend to seat up to 12 guests. Please note that the temporary bed, is a cot bed which adjoins to the master bedroom.
