The Old Rectory is located 9 miles south west of Norwich and 3 miles from the charming market town of Wymondham. From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, there's access to five acres of mixed woodland, meadow and a walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.
The accommodation, located on the first floor, is modern, airy and equipped with all the luxuries you'd hope to find in a comfortable home away from home: a spacious living area equipped with a smart tv, a cosy dining area, a small kitchen, a private bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom. You can have your own private access and are free to come and go as you please without intruding on the rest of the household. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the green and varied expanse which surrounds the house.
Well-designed, spacious and in quiet surroundings, the accommodation's focal point is the living room and dining area adjacent to the small kitchen. A separate and private bedroom has plenty of storage space as well as being light and airy. The luxurious bathroom is lined in travertine marble with underfloor heating available and a wetroom shower.
Clothes washing facilities can be accessed in the main house and, by prior arrangement, guests' clothes can be washed and dried using these facilities free of charge.

Другие важные подробности
We share our home with an ageing Jack Russell cross who is not permitted in the accommodation. We also manage a beehive located some distance from the house. A family of Tawny owls nests in an owl box near the house; if you're very still, you may be lucky enough to spy Mr and Mrs Tawny owl perched side by side in their cosy hideaway.
- Guests are free to walk about the grounds; if doing so, you may come across the owners’ small elderly dog and a beehive.
-Responsible smoking is permitted outdoors.
-Although the accommodation is very private, it is part of a family home. Because of this, guests need to bear in mind noise levels and water usage.
- We're also flexible about guests travelling with babies under the age of two although guests will need to provide their own travel cot. Please bear in mind there is an open staircase which is unsafe for a mobile baby.
-Clothes washing facilities are available in the main house and, by prior arrangement, guests' clothes can be washed and dried using these facilities free of charge.
